Privacy policy

What I collect

When you request the free guide, you give me your name and either a WhatsApp number or an email address. When you enquire about a service, you give me whatever you choose to put in your message. This website itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels.

How I use it

• To send you what you asked for (the guide, a reply, a booking).
• To send occasional short updates about new tools, classes and books. You can stop these at any time by replying "stop" or "unsubscribe".
• To keep simple records of services you have paid for, as required by Malaysian law.

Who sees it

Only me and, where necessary, my wife Soojin or a trusted team member at Mission Disciple School. Your details are stored in Google Workspace (forms and sheets) and WhatsApp. I never sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or third parties. Payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider (HitPay, Udemy, Gumroad or Amazon); I never see your card number.

Pastoral conversations

What you share in a pastoral care, mentoring or coaching conversation is kept confidential. The only exceptions are where I believe you or someone else is in serious danger, or where the law requires disclosure.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you. Message me on WhatsApp at +60 13-259 0017 or email jony@missiondisciple.com and I will do it within 14 days.
