Most believers have never discipled anyone. Not because they don't care. Because no one showed them how.

Ask a room of Christians who has personally discipled another believer, and most hands stay down. That is not a lack of faith. It is a lack of training. Every service below fixes that gap in one specific way.

Speaking and preaching

Ministry and leadership coaching

Who it's for
Pastors, church staff, small-group leaders and ministry founders who need a thinking partner and a plan.

Church training day · Zúme Training for your church

Who it's for
A church or network that wants its members trained to make disciples, in their own language, with a system that keeps going after I leave.
What you get
  • A one-day or two-day Zúme Training intensive for 10 to 60 people

Is this for you?

This is for you if…

  • You want to make disciples, not just attend meetings.
  • You are willing to practise a simple tool this week, even if it feels awkward.
  • You want to pass on what you learn to at least one other person.
  • You are happy with simple, reproducible tools instead of impressive ones.

This is probably not for you if…

  • You want a quick programme without doing the work in between.
  • You are looking for professional counselling or medical treatment. I will gladly point you to the right help.
  • You want a speaker who entertains but leaves nothing to do.

Before you message me

How much does it cost?

Every service is by enquiry, because a village church and a city conference are not the same. Tell me your situation on WhatsApp and I will send you a clear price. Nothing is hidden and there is no pressure. Payment is made to Bible Mission Services through HitPay or bank transfer.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia. Korean with my wife Soojin's help.

Do you travel outside Penang?

Yes. I serve across Malaysia, Southern Thailand and Indonesia, and online anywhere. For trips, we agree on travel costs up front.

Are you a counsellor?

No. I am a pastor. What I offer is pastoral care, spiritual mentoring and ministry coaching. It is not a substitute for professional counselling or medical care. If that is what you need, I will help you find it.

What if it is not a good fit?

Our first conversation is free. If either of us feels it is not the right fit, you owe nothing and I will still try to point you to the right person.

Can my church invite you if we cannot afford a fee?

Ask anyway. Some of my speaking and training is covered by mission partners so that smaller churches are not left out. I would rather come and talk about it than have you not ask.
